Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear unless the item is faulty or not as described.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (56 High St, Worcester, GB WR4X 5ND)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your item(s) securely and include your return authorization number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
